Liability

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of On-demand car washing & spa services. We are in no way responsible for any loss or damage to your car, which may happen as part of a cleaning process or you are asking our personnel to park or drive the car. In no way we are responsible for your valuables or documents if misplaced or lost during the washing process.

Confidential Information

We only require essential information related to you and your vehicle, which we will not share with anyone else. Our payment partners are Razor-pay to collects payments online. Thus your transactions are secured.

T&C, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Highlights

• The service is on-demand, which means you will fill in details, set an appointment
• and pay online to avail.
• We are not accepting cash
• We only use professional cleaning materials & equipment
• A plug point, 2-3 buckets of water or a water tap with running water supply is
• required from the customer.
• We are using Razor-pay as our payments partner.

Cancel & Reschedule Refunds

Should you wish to cancel & reschedule or refund your appointment, call on the below number.

Should you may require a refund if in case you are left unsatisfied, feel free to call and explain to us what went wrong; we will analyse and check if the refund is legible.

• Payment is refundable if we left the customer unsatisfied. Customers can call our
• support and let us know what went wrong. If we find it acceptable we will
• immediately refund

• We use professional Hi-end cleaning & polish materials e.g. 3M, Meguiars, Wavex
• etc.
• Industry grade cleaning microfiber cloths for best performance
• Industry grade vacuum cleaners, blowers, buffing machines etc.

Dear Customer: few things to note

Just take care of below for an enjoyable experience.

• Remove your valuables from inside the car
• Park the car yourself for washing if needed
• Do not give cash to the representatives against the service
• Feel free to pay tips if you are happy
• Do not share your personal contact with the representatives
• Keep the car keys at your end

Things required from the customer

We require a few things from your end:

• An electric plug point is needed near the washing area; the Washman will also bring an extension wire chord up to 20 meters.
• 2 or 3 buckets of water are needed for the Washman.

Service guarantee

• Our Washman are professionally trained & well dressed
• Do not confirm the OTP until you are satisfied
• You can raise a complaint by calling our support if in case of any issues

Safety & security

• Remove any valuables or papers from inside the car
• Open the car and feel free to keep the keys
• You are responsible to inspect your car before and after the washing.

What is not acceptable?

• Misbehave with the Washman
• Offering extra money
• Requesting extra work
• Asking for a personal contact number
• Requesting the Washman to drive or park the car.

• We reserve the right to change the policies, terms and conditions in the agreement at
• any given time,
• The content displayed in the deal is the intellectual property of Car Hero.
• You may not reuse, republish, or reprint such material without our written consent.

Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed and construed following the laws of the Indian subcontinent,
• Any judicial proceeding brought regarding any dispute arising out of this Confidentiality
• Agreement or any matter related to it may be brought in the Indian court of law.
